  • Cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel and rhG-CSF for cytoreduction and PBSC mobilization in patients with breast and ovarian cancer.
  • Busulfan and cyclophosphamide as a conditioning regimen in patients with breast cancer.
  • Phase-II study of High-dose chemotherapy with busulfan, melphalan and thiotepa followed by autologous stem cell rescue in patients with advanced stage ovarian cancer.
  • Phase I-II trial of allogeneic marrow transplantation following cyclophosphamide and escalating doses of hyper-fractionated total body irradiation in patients with advanced lymphoid malignancies.
  • Phase-I dose escalation of busulfan based on targeted plasma levels: Busulfan, cyclophosphamide and fractionated total body irradiation for allogeneic marrow transplantation for advanced acute and chronic myelogenous leukemia.
  • Phase-I dose escalation of busulfan based on targeted plasma levels: Busulfan, cyclophosphamide and fractionated total body irradiation for autologous or syngeneic marrow transplantation for advanced acute and chronic myelogenous leukemia.
